A grant of £650 was made towards the purchase of essential household equipment for a Lance Sergeant. The Soldier was medically discharged after 12 years service after deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. The family was faced with the sudden need to find additional funds to house his family, as he no longer qualified for a military loan after being medically discharged.
