Description:

TWO-STEPPED SAND STONE BASE SURMOUNTED BY SQUARE PLINTH, PEDESTAL AND METAL WINGED ANGEL OF PEACE. INSCRIPTION ON CAST METAL PLAQUES ATTACHED TO THE SIDES OF THE PEDESTAL. ADDITIONAL PLAQUE FOR WW2 PLACED AT THE FOOT OF THE 6 O'CLOCK FACE. STEPS LEADING UP TO IT AND TOP IS ENCLOSED BY METAL RAILINGS FIGURE OF PEACE HOLDS A WREATH IN HER HANDS; LAUREL GARLAND CARVED AROUND THE TOP OF THE PLINTH
