Description:
Figure of `youth': young man kneeling on left knee with arms outstretched and palms upward, wearing toga- which was an adaptation of the Burgh Seal. Surmounts a pillar on sloped riser and base, with 4 bronze plaques for WW1- 1 for the dedication and 3 for the names. Bronze wreath on top of front extension, with a plaque on the front face for WW2 and Korea.
