Description:
Stone cenotaph and quadrant. Quadrant features six bronze plaques with names for WW1 (3 on each side) and a central plaque for WW2. The cenotaph features decorative Greek key patterns and a laurel wreath. The Memorial is enclosed by gated metal railings. The numerals for each war are in bronze. There is a bronze wreath above each plaque. Below WW1 Plaque 1 (the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders) is an additional plaque for a single private- John Campbell Duff. Note that until this memorial started to be researched by the Scottish Military Research Group he was incorrectly recorded by the CWGC as John G Duff- now rectified
