This memorial is located opposite the Post Office in Burley, Hampshire. It is a Portland Stone Celtic cross on square plinth with inscriptions and two stepped base. The memorial is surrounded by posts and chain link. It would be interesting to know why the name Burley has been recarved on the front WW1 inscription
