Resident of George Street, Paisley. Member of Martyr's U.F. Church. Formerly employed as a porter at Paisley West
Station, then became a Constable with Paisley Burgh Police. Enlisted 3rd September 1914. Killed at the Keep, Cuinchy,
Sector F.
Commemorated Le Touret Memorial, Pas de Calais, France.
