Born 6 Falside, Paisley, son of Thomas Steven Nisbet (railway clerk) & Mary Taylor Thomson Sharp, resident of 3 Glendale Avenue, Greenhill Road, Paisley. Member of Lylesland U.F. Church. Formerly employed as a book-keeper with Harvey’s,Saucel. Was a well known footballer, who played for Clyde, St Mirren & Johnstone. Enlisted October 1914.
